@pizzagod
Course has only gotten worsevinv7 years.
@isaacmoore3737
Course is absolutely horrible. Last three total discs not very challenging. Either even with the Outer bound still managed to shoot four under.
@tkockler
Not the most varied of shots, but on the rare occasion that it’s mowed, it’s a solid neighborhood course. Would not recommend.
@gatty31689
Needs that are weatherproof that will last. Course is not terrible, but hole 9 definitely needs a redesign for sure. That’s dumb to walk around a creek to get to the basket. Rest of the layout is not bad. Can play in winter when grass is dead. Not mowed in summer.
@huntsman675
Worst cause I've played I thought all the reviews were bs but they arnt DO NO PLAY THIS COURSE
@talviso11
If you like walking over dirt and shrubs the whole time you’ll enjoy this course
@firebird78s
After the first 2 holes goes down hill all holes either boring or by lakes/marsh. could be good but it’s not
@footfualt
Can I give no stars?
@dgaficionado
Forget about it: largely neglected and weathered course in flood plain offers flat, featureless fairways of matted grasses which stay muddy weeks after rains and then harden into parched, cracked ground in Texas heat. Course plays mostly as unobstructed, links style golf with a river and ponds ocassionally threatening shots plus a few pocketed greens tucked inside the bordering woodlands. Equally good for practicing drives due to wide open fairways or twisting an ankle due to uneven ground and marshy rough.
@peskycashew
A few questionable holes, most signage broken or missing, a passable overall layout. -1 when often not mowed
@texrocker
Nice baskets on undeveloped land. Good enough for practice, but not worth a long drive.
@sleestak
Not near as bad as many of the reviews, only my opinion though. Fairways and rough mowed recently also
@friendlyamigo
Snakes, Snakes, Snakes. I saw about 10 water moccasins on hole 4 alone in the water. Grass is too high, and fairways are unfair. Terribly hot in the summer with little or no shade. Hole 1 is the only good hole.
@mverhoef04
Course is falling into disrepair. Massive erosion problems and impassable low water mud crossings between holes. Besides that, it's windy and has lots of tall grass and water to lose a disc in so that you're more worried about throwing the wrong shot than about throwing a good one.
@brokenrail
I try to like this course each time as it’s only a few minutes away. Each time I’m equally disappointed. Has some great holes but the grass is always so high even when cut that it takes forever to find discs. Water and mud can really make it miserable as well. Most of the ponds are so murky if you land in them it’s a guaranteed loss. If it was well maintained and some of the holes redesigned this could be a great course in a beautiful area. Its on the flood planes though so I don’t think it’ll ever happen. If you go, make sure it hasn’t rained in weeks. If they haven’t cut the grass in a while, best to just turn around and leave.
@chrichoq
Not as bad as the reviews would lead you to believe, worth a stop if you’re tired of other local courses. Mostly open shots with wind and water to deal with. Long grass off the fairway, the rough is rough. Great if you need to practice throwing in wind, or want a round with no one on the course.
@budreaux
Wide open and no shade. The people that live on the course and in nearby neighborhood let their dogs crap all over the park. With consistent maintenance this course would play so much better. Much better options nearby.
