Absolute trash course. Of the 60+ courses I’ve played, this one ranks near the bottom, if not dead last. The reason for this scathing review is that nobody should have attempted putting a course in this extremely narrow park to begin with. At certain times of day, there are so many pedestrians and families in the park, you can’t even safely throw. If you go at a time of day that isn’t busy, you have a high risk of throwing over a fence into someone’s yard or into the street where you could hit parked or moving cars. The trees are also not well maintained so there are certain holes where it had the potential to be decent at one point, but the low hanging branches ruin the fairway. Lastly, there is no signage at all so you have to follow udisc to go from hole to hole. Everything is so close together since it’s such an extremely small park so this isn’t a big issue, but it doesn’t help the experience at all. The tee boxes are also very short which also takes away from the enjoyment. I won’t ever play this course again and advise that nobody else plays it either. To recap, super small, too many people and cars, poorly maintained, and no signage. Would NEVER recommend. Go to literally any other course in the RGV and actually enjoy your game.

Great course. Mix of technical low canopy shots with open shots. Backyards close by some of the holes but the holes are mostly short distance so you should be fine. Located close to a middle school so hopefully they incorporate into their PE curriculum or form a club to help grow the interest in the sport.
