About the course
Limited mobility/cane accessible
The majority of the holes are accessible, with mostly flat terrain making it manageable for players with limited mobility. The course features grass and dirt fairways, with no paved walking trails throughout the layout. While most holes are straightforward to navigate, Hole #17 has an elevated basket that may pose challenges for those with mobility aids or difficulty with uneven surfaces. Additionally, some tee pads may have uneven footing, so caution is advised. The course offers a great experience for most players, but a companion may be helpful for those needing extra support.

This course is beautiful. Fun shots with great new baskets. It's fantastic to have an 18 hole course in Burnaby. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to make this happen!

So I get why the high ratings. A course opens during an abnormally warm winter. The grass is green and we are playing a new course. What could be better… The course has many crossovers or semi dangerous lines that are close to other fairways. Some pads are elevated and too short and the layout is a little difficult to navigate. It is the all to common problem of forcing 18 holes into too small of an area. That said it does beat out most other inner city courses. Still fun, but not without issues.
