interesting course with great design for the property. Clever use of OB and elevation. Signature holes that use both OB and elevation. has 3 two big shot par fours and 6 par4s that cane be eagled (pro par 3). many par3s that are either challenging or unique. creative aesthetics and good vibes with the horses, large natural stones, and creative pin placements. it’s a backyard course so there wasn’t a lot of space to work with, but the owner used space to the maximum and still was able to have a lot of par fours. property is very well maintained. course is new so it’s still raw but it’s definitely worth playing to me.
