A moderately shorter, 12-hole, par-37 disc golf course in the fields & woods around Cleveland Road Elementary School near Athens, Georgia. This course is beginner friendly (though not built explicitly for children), and is fantastic for new players by providing a couple open field shots, a couple moderately technical shots, a pair of heavy woods shots, and a fun long distance shot down a hill.
Hole #1 tee pad is just to the left of main school building, facing the playground, and ends near the same (see photos). Course has DISCatcher Pro baskets, and currently has temporary wooden posts marking future tee boxes. This course is easily disc-cart accessible, has no public restrooms, no public water fountain, and has multiple playgrounds. The course is 4,900 feet long.

I have played here several times before and this current layout is the best so far and feels like an actual course. Wooded holes need cleanup and foot traffic but keep up the good work.

Great potential. Can’t wait to see how it plays if it gets completed to 18

Please update the course map. I’ve gone to this course several times and each time the baskets are moved but noway to find where your supposed throw. This could be a 3.7-4.3 rating if it had clear mapping. It’s not like they don’t take care of the course though. The grass is kept up and it’s really clean. Extremely puzzling and don’t like rating this poorly. Hopefully someone see this and takes note. I beg of you for all things disc golf holy

Every time I go to CRES Dg course I can see effort is being made to make it a unique, challenging, fun place to throw grow and learn.
