Fun to play but the holes in the woods need a lot of work. It will take time. Layout is good.
About the Course
Course is only open to public when school is not in session! A moderately shorter, 12-hole, par-37 disc golf course in the fields & woods around Cleveland Road Elementary School near Athens, Georgia. This course is beginner friendly (though not built explicitly for children), and is fantastic for new players by providing a couple open field shots, a couple moderately technical shots, a pair of heavy woods shots, and a fun long distance shot down a hill. Hole #1 tee pad is just to the left of main school building, facing the playground, and ends near the same (see photos). Course has DISCatcher Pro baskets, and currently has temporary wooden posts marking future tee boxes. This course is easily disc-cart accessible, has no public restrooms, no public water fountain, and has multiple playgrounds. The course is 3,077 feet long, with 5,389 feet of total walking (1.02 miles).

"18 hole layout is looking great! Clearly big improvements have been made. Still some branches down, and paths nor yet fully broke in, but overall a great morning!"

"Needs refinement, and finishing (tee boxes, bridges, better signage) but a good start to a course."

"Fun little course for some practice. Some wide open shots but also requires a few technical throws. I’d change the hole placement on a few of the woods holes. Good place to bring your kids to play on the playgrounds while you throw. I’ll be back! "

"Can be very confusing even with the UDisc map. There are some signs, but there needs to be more areas to help identify where to go. Great little starter course. I will be back."
