Cold brook is as beautiful as ever. Just needs some new tee signs and some signage to help navigate when the holes cross.
@pgroot
Excellent course, well worth the visit when in the area.
@u1yss35
Beautiful scenery. Great shot variety. The 24-hole course makes the 18 a little harder to navigate and some tee pads do not have space for a lead step. Overall excellent first experience
@briandpoling
Well worth your five dollars to get an all day pass… the course is amazing. Course design, top notch, easy to find tees and baskets. Very enjoyable, secluded, disc golf in the woods.

This one is kinda hard to review. It’s clear it used to be a really nice course. But the infrastructure, that seems to have lasted a while, is showing signs of disrepair. The extra 6 holes are pretty poorly designed, but what I’d guess are the original 18 have a good variety of shot shapes and distances. I’m sure this was a 4.5 maybe 5-10 years ago, but it’s kinda hard to see a course like this rotting away.
@aurkarm
Excellent woods course with a few open bomber holes. Tee pads are all good concrete. Signage is older and some of it isn't legible anymore. Wayfinding wasn't bad at all. A variety of shots and hole lengths make the entire course interesting. Plenty of trees but still definitely lines to be hit. Rough isn't the worst, but it is still a Michigan woods course and there are some tough spots in the rough for sure. Overall a very fun course that's well worth playing!
@reidster
I’m probably gonna upset some people here… scorable, but bad. Almost every tee shot is blind with a tee sign that is no help. I’m all good with tight lines, but some holes give a new definition of “poke and hope”. Also, not worth paying $5.
@wale221
I can’t figure out how this course has 4+ stars It’s designed poorly and multiple holes overlap other holes which causes danger. Hole 19 is the worst designed hole I’ve ever played personally. Ended with a fine score but it was not worth the drive to play here and I won’t be returning any time soon
@mannic06
This is a very Challenging course. There needs to be some serious cleanup! Also could use updated baskets and could use signs.
@jsulp171
Hole 20, the fence keeping the discs from going in the water needs repaired. Some of the distances are different than what the sign says
@wmdtaylor
Do not trust the signs. They are extremely general and not truly accurate. Everything else is amazing.
@atdisc
Becoming more run down and overgrown each year. Tough 24 hole course, mostly in dense woods. Fun layout, that can humble the best of players but still be an enjoyable round for most. Signage is mostly useless or non existent making it hard to navigate. Needs maintenance around tee pads and old broken bench’s. For a pay to play at county park, they don’t seem to do any extra upkeep on the course like others in the area. 2025 update: still needs signage and some upkeep
@mitchmahoney
Absolutely exquisite. Old worn in course with great woods, water, etc! 🥏💨
@leighfields
Tree down on 6 across lane. 13 is cleaned up very nice!
@chris105
Other than needing new tee signs, this course is in great shape right now!
