Good short course. Challenging with all the trees.
@rundwulf
Mostly straight fairways with curves. Good for beginners and practice. Went again on Friday Nov.1st and now it is “closed for the season”. Gee whiz.
@cjo1082
Short course, only one hole over 300ft, but lots of walking between holes so curious why they didn't make some holes longer
@fryloc
It’s poky, lots of dead cedar limbs to catch you if you happen to end up off the fairway. Mostly short holes, very wooded and low-ceiling shots. Pretty technical and challenging. Had fun, will be back!
@happydiscin
To much walking, waste of space! Has signage, entrance is welcoming, benches and trash cans, That's the only plus. Could use a major redesign, to make it more fun. Not a wow or cool factor on any hole. Should be free to play. Comal Residents $5 a car. Non Residents $20 a car, wow! Needs a Disc Golfers touch with experience to make this course come alive.
@sid7zero
I'd rate this course higher but for the price of admission I expected more. It's fine if you're brand new to disc golf, otherwise it's a short play with lots of straight throws. I used two discs the entire match.
@tallzog
Short, technical course. Lots of unique shot shapes that make you throw a lot of different angles towards the basket. Not very long, I think the longest hole is 315 feet. A lot of fun. Signage is very good with arrows to point you towards the next basket/Tee pad.
@bullinchina
Not much thought into designing course… a bulldozer knocked a path and a basket at the end. Trip hazards all around T pads, watch your ankles. Lots of cleanup needed. On the plus side, signage is nice, each hole has new metal benches and a few trash cans along the way. I really wish I liked the course cause I’m local but I couldn’t even play another 9… that unimpressed. As an amateur I scored -2 so fairly easy course. If you are already at the park and paid your $5, might as well give it a go.
