"i personally did not have fun. not a wide variety of shots, and the fairways are so overgrown with brush that there is zero ground play and it takes at least 5min to find each drive, god forbid if you shank it. Udisc maps often think you are facing a different way than you actually are which makes navigation difficult. The beautiful location and a couple holes with fun use of elevation give it a 3."

"Signage is sketchy at best. Especially when it’s in tournament layout. Very easy to get lost and it’s always hard to tell what pin position it’s in because the markers are busted"

"Most of the course is ugly and has lots of dirt. The course doubles as a horse track for the first half portion of the course. Second half is alright but just a ton of walking. Maybe I'm just used to courses from the Willamette valley. Bring 3 dollars for entree fee if you're not a local."

"Hard to find the tees sometimes. A fee next tee signs would be nice. Also, it would be nice to have all the layouts on udisc. I think it is a mix of the orange and white layouts right now. Really fun to play though! I recommend "

"I had an absolute blast playing this course. This course has everything I could ask for as far as course design goes. Fun elevation shots, technical short holes, open bomber holes."

"Great variation for the landscape. Lots of elevation and some tight lines, and a fair number of open bomber holes."

"First dozen holes or so are extremely fun with multiple lines and elevation changes. The last few are big bombers with not a ton of technical skill just big throws. Still fun holes though. Overall must play!"

"Minnesotan - Tons of elevation, great tee pads, decent baskets, multiple pin locations, fun lines, and amazing scenery. The only thing keeping this from a 5 is the total lack of a UDisc map. "

"Awesome high desert course that will run you ragged. Loved it. The layout and the terrain is top shelf for the high desert experience. Signage was great but UDisc maps are a bit off around hole 10 so beware. Gorgeous scenery and would play again if in Bend again."

"Lengthy, 18-hole course in a tree-strewn desert canyon. Features long and short pads on every hole. Utilizes elevation brilliantly. Very fun and challenging. "

"This course has it all. Great signs, awesome tee pads, wonderful fairways, and splendid use of terrain. You have long and short holes, up and down, left, right, and straight holes. And the views are mesmerizing of the Crooked River Canyon. "

"Amazing course! Challenging and a variety of shots. LONG! I think a couple baskets were missing but it looked like they were in the process of doing some course maintainance. A few of the pin placement markers were also missing which led to a bit of confusion. Also keep a keen eye on your discs, the scrub brush can eat them and messes with your depth perception. All in all a wonderful course and worth the $3 donation/fee."

"Beautiful surroundings. We'll laid out. Long and short pads provide variety as do the alternative pin placements. Good use of space and terrain. With better tee pads, this would be a 5. FWIW, a 920 player will play near par on the short pads with short pins."

"Great course! Layout is challenging in places and forgiving in others with a few ace hole opportunities. Typical desert brush so rollers are a no go on most of the course. Not for beginners. Bring water, there is a convenient store across the way that’s very expensive. Many holes on back 9 are out of sight and suggest walking the hole prior to play the first time. "

"Great course..multiple tees and pins on every hole. Set in the Crooked River canyon with beautiful views of canyon walls."
