Course has potential but not much upkeep. Front 9 mostly open with water hazards back 9 mostly technical and wooded. Some good shot variety but overall course design isn’t great and confusing and overlaps itself. App is wrong on hole 1 and tee pads are missing on 2, 17, and 18. Lots of holes play next to barbed wire fence and even with the app some baskets and tee pads were confusing. With some upgrades and upkeep this could be a really cool course

This is a beautiful course with lots of challenge and several gorgeous shots. A little bit of everything and room for growth.
