Good conditions
The beginner course of CSUMB's two courses. It shares holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Worlds 27 hole layout. Starts on the north side of the university police station and has 8 holes. Those 8 are all fairly short (get your birdies). Then, cross the street/parking lot for hole 9 (or Worlds hole 6). Difficulty and layout can be changed by playing from alternate/secret tee pads. Can be a challenge.

Solid course with some different shots required and some elevation and wind to consider. Good warm up for the harder Oaks course. Cypress has less obstacles and easier rough but still not easy. Worth a drive, especially when paired with Oaks

It's just long. There's no dexterity required.

The course is not bad for what is available in this area.
