I can sum up my feeling bout this course in one word. That word would be "why?". The first nine holes are fun, but the longer you play the more annoying the completely random and arbitrary hazzard becomes. It's okay to use hazzard on a couple holes but when every single hole has hazzard it's just excessive. Hole 17 should be the feature hole on the course but by the time you get there you've already played 3 island holes and every single hole has had hazzard it just feels old and boring. Has potential but in its current state it's just more annoying than anything. Not kept very well, lots of weeds and long grass. Very challenging course but you can tell the designed made it arbitrarily difficult just for the sake of it.

Super fun course other than the complete lack of tee pads or UDisc updates, pars all incorrect. Signage is useless and you won't know the OBs until you play it. Otherwise fun

Heavy use of hazard areas which is sorta unique to a casual course. Mostly flat, mostly open, little shot shaping required, just good placement needed to stay out of hazard.

3.9/5 from me! Fun course. Lots of hazard. Signature hole 17.

Fantastic, challenging course. The layouts are super creative and offer a lot of unique problems. You won't get your best score here, but you'll learn a lot. I'd recommend starting with the green tees.

Needs upkeep. But the worst part is this course just tries to do too much. Too many artificial hazards and OB. A couple would be fun, but every hole?? It feels like this course should be fun, but it’s just frustrating and not in a good way. Also too compact and dangerous when busy

The tee boxes have been moved a bit and don’t reflect the signs too well. Still fun to play but a bit tricky if you’re new and are trying figure out the layout.

Okay course. Can be dangerous if busy. Lots of artifical OB and tight fairways next to each other. Cart/stroller friendly.

More raised baskets than I have seen on any other course. More suitable for advanced players but the green tees are playable for less powerful arms. Too much artificial OB.

Fun and challenging course but fairways could be spaced out more. There is a lot of throwing towards other players and can be dangerous.

Nice to have another course in Calgary, and nice way to use an old golf course. It should have been 18 holes, and not having tee pads make those really long throws difficult. And way too many times it feels like you're throwing directly towards on coming people from other fairways.

Hard up to recommend this in its current state. The way the front of this course is laid out is very dangerous. The fairways are too tight and near each other. Some teepads are also in throwing lines, and hole 9 the best line from yellows is to throw beside a building over a parking spot. It's very challenging which is great, but it's made challenging by artificial hazards. As a personal opinion these arbitrary hazards just aren't fun to play. Course needs to be made safer first and foremost

Lost a yellow Eagle here on Nov 1st. Got my first ace with that disc so if anyone finds it, it would be hugely appreciated if you could return it. Thank you!

Course design has some potential, but lots is left to be desired. Artificial OB everywhere doesn’t make a course any more interesting. Combine holes to make it 18 with a variation in par and you’ve got a great course!

I really enjoy this one, the OB ropes are well thought out to reward good shots and punish bad shots, which adds a good challenge but not unreasonably so. Lots of fun lines with very few stock hyzer shots, I recommend! Better tee areas would be a great future upgrade.

Updated: Good par 3 course to get your throwing accuracy in check - genuinely the most challenging course in the area if you acknowledge the hazards… average/below average difficulty if you don’t. Therein lies the problem… Per other reviews, this course is indeed dangerous. There is alot of mayhem on those westernmost fairways… The location on the city land are rightfully accessible to all players and it comes with risk. To reduce the layout to 18 holes would help to mitigate some of this.

Without all the OB shot incredible score. Looking forward to tourney tomorrow. 😊
