A couple of the holes are a bit short but some others are pretty stellar. If this was an 18 hole course, continuing in the same vein is the first 9 holes, it would be quite excellent.

good baskets, very well signposted and well designed holes. The long tees have some technical, narrow tee shots that force you to think about shot shape, with elevation change playing a significant role on quite a few holes. the short tees are a fun challenge for new players but are mostly upshot practice for experienced players. Spotters are advisable for some holes to avoid losing discs in the undergrowth. I wouldn't travel far just to play the course as it's only nine holes, but there's also some excellent walking at delamere forest, and other attractions in the area.
