Needs to be better mowed and maintained, also needs better signage. White and red teepad super short and rubber maters.

Short park style course. Holes 13 & 16 were neat. The rest was just ok. Some of the open holes could be made longer.

Tee boxes need an upgrade but the course is a great par 3 park course

Played Blue on my first time at course. In most cases, Blue means longer tee before more technical further down lines; whereas White or Red are closer to pending obstacle/technical. In other words, mostly, Blue makes you stretch out drives, but does not increase obstacles. Overall, I would love to play again. Dillon Park DGC has a good mix of open and wooded holes, and a few tight or tunnel elevation changes and neat uses of creek. Water hazards (creek), while present on at least half a dozen holes, are not risks to discs. 20 holes which wraps up somewhat near tee 1. Practice basket near tee 1, and for driving warm up one might use tee 5 (also there near start) if other players are not present on hole. Most holes were good lines. Hole 9 has way too many trees with unclear lines which is bordered on both sides with thick briar patches. Few holes also had thick briar patches near play, like 6 left, 7 basket, 8 far left deep woods, 10 fairway-right, and 12 fairway-right. We played before spring growth, so this must be harder once woods/briars are fuller. In our group of 3 players, 2 searched a while for discs on hole-8 fairway left (deep) and one more on hole-9 right. Hole 9 might need a re-work; too many trees to get a true line. One slight brush against any of those many trees and you’re 90 degrees right or left in thick briars.

The design of this course is great and why I am giving it a 4.5. The course just clicked with me. Was a fun round. If the tees and signage were redone it would be five stars

I love this course. One of the more open courses in the midlands. A couple of tunnel shots, to test you. I’d feel good bringing other players here.

Haven't played this course in a few years. The new holes, layouts, and changes are a great upgrade.
