This course is unusual. It's located at an old desolate industrial area which seems to undergo renaturalization. Therefore quite a bit construction (dirtmovement, tire-tracks,...). However, baskets, tees and signage look permanent and solid. Teepads are compacted gravel, but work well. I got the impression that there is more possible. For example there is a nice pond which could be involved. Some of the old hangars would provide cool indoor-shots, maybe also through pathways and so on. This could be the greatest urban discgolf ever! But of course these buildings might be protected or changed... Maybe it's good that the course is in and the land can get developed around it. It seems to me that they're putting a park in the ground and if they plant trees strategically there could be quite cool holes (instead of all-open as it is now). Probably wishful thinking though. All in all an unusual and good addition in order to have more discgolf in the area.
