About the course

Quiet and peaceful, nice walk in the woods. Heavily wooded with O.B. on several holes. Mostly cart friendly. Some elevation changes. Tight lines but fair par 57.

History

This is my private course on my eighteen acres. It was founded a couple years after we moved to east Texas and was a dream to have my own course. After the initial design, it took quite a bit of clearing for fairways and is still tight and wooded.

Course is in great condition as the annual tournament was yesterday so the fairways were clean. Recent rain had the trees leafing and the dogwoods blooming. A little windy but being in the woods you didn’t really notice and the temperature was perfect. I let a few strokes get away but overall a very enjoyable round.

Beautiful private course, always enjoy playing here. Dave, the owner, is an awesome guy and an excellent disc golfer. If you get a chance to play a round with him, you’re in for a treat.
