Being a new course it's a little rough. Definitely some spots that need more grooming and shaping. A few of the tunnels seem like there wasn't a whole lot of thought put into it. But still a really fun course with lots of potential.

Really like what's been done here. Fairly challenging course on a multi-use facility that actually uses the woods surrounding the park. Shots wind through the woods, occasionally popping out into grassy areas. Unlike many similar courses, it stays well away from the other park facilities. You should be able to play this course even when there are games going on, etc. Brand new tee concrete tee pads in pristine shape. New baskets with a blue that still pops out for visibility. Clearly the course is newly cut and needs some time to beat in. The course should get plenty of rounds though, even with Glenburnie right around the corner. My one quibble is that there are several holes where the design for the short pad feels a little like an afterthought, but I imagine that will work out iver time, potentially with a few strategic trees being taken out.

It’s an interesting design, but it needs some work on path clearing. Beware, I noticed a good amount of poison ivy while playing.

Way too flooded and muddy. Couldn't progress past hole 4 due to swamp-like conditions. No benches at tee pads as of yet. Signs lack shot diagram.

Put a map at the beginning for better understanding of where the course goes.

Loved the course! Still a little new, so needs some upkeep, but can't wait to play it again

Awesome course, wish the paths were a little less roots but other than that and no water being on the course are the only downsides. Really cool course to play, though I like the shot variety.

Pros: Park Amenities were great….bathrooms yay!!!! Tee pads were solid, signage was pretty accurate and easy to spot. The raised baskets with the railroad ties were a great touch…chefs kiss!! Cons: The overall flow and design of the course could use some work. There are a few tee pads that are located close to previous holes basket which could be a safety issue. A few fluky holes that feel like filler holes. For a brand new course it has a lot of potential and great bones but still needs a few more trees taken out, more foot traffic to beat in the fairways/walking paths and slight design changes. Great for local leagues and casual play.

I enjoyed my first time playing this course. A new course, still a little raw. I'm sure my assessment will change once the paths are warn down. Played from short tees.

Solid course and have potential to be a 4.5 star. I think the courses beauty is lacking but the shot shapes and technical holes are exactly what eastern North Carolina needed. Another nice technical course close to the beach .

The course is mostly well laid out, but with it being so new and with no signage or concrete pads it feels a bit primitive. The bones are good and the pin positions were nice and technical. Lots of freshly moved dirt and exposed roots makes for plenty of ankle hazards. Once finished I think this course will be very enjoyable. I had fun though!

It’s going to be a nice course once it’s all set up. As for now it’s hard throwing from sand tee.

Young course, foundation is very solid. Over time will become a great option for ENC area player. Lots of shot variety and holes that make you think, very pleased with this new course.
