Grass a little tall. No benches on the course. Lines were good though.
@smartlax00
Well maintained. However the other course here the grass was very long. The tee signs are really nice but without the app there is no signage for where the next hole is. If there was signage to find the next hole and there was newer baskets this course would be perfect.
@billthecrusher
Fun 18 with almost every shot a gap through the giant pine trees. Flow has some long walks but they use that area of the park well. Nice everything.
@nathanalleman
After playing the big boy next door this course was a let down. If this is the more accessible course, some of the design choices, like 400' par3, make little sense. Too many lines that force a right to left shot shape (see hole 1). It's a good course, but not sure what it says about the condition of dg in MS that this is #2 in the state in Udisc ratings.
@ericmasse
What a fantastic park with 2 great courses. Eagles Nest is such a fun mellow round that can get challenging with OB. Chances for birdies and bogies all over the course. Great shot selection
@cntbg23
Amazing course to play during the Off season. I can see how the interference with general park patrons could be an issue. All that aside the shots were super fun with a beautiful lake backdrop for some of the open holes.
@babalee
Really solid course with great upkeep and views. A good shorter alternative to Landing

Good course with great potential. Great shot variety and fairways are weak kept and nice scenery. The fairways go through picnic areas which is understandable for a common use park but dangerous for park patrons. Add some directional arrows to the baskets, some signage from hole to hole and better tee box signage that shows basket location.

This is a really beautiful and peaceful course to play. The views with the lake and some paths through the woods are really gorgeous. It's very well maintained. The grounds were well kept near the holes and it was easy to walk from one place to the next. I do wish the baskets had markers pointing to the next hole on them. There were several moments where I would have gotten quite lost without the uDisc app. There weren't a lot of people in the area the day I played it, but I suspect if there had been it could have caused me some quirky issues on a few holes. I actually hit the base of a picnic table that was right in the middle of a fairway on one hole, so that's something to be aware of. With the exception of the holes that ran through paths in the woods, most of this course is a good balance of playable for beginners while challenging more advanced players. I do think most strong players will have a good chance to par the course or do better. I played one of my more consistent rounds and only missed par on one hole, managing to pick that up on another. Overall, this course is well worth the trip. Do note that this course costs $5 plus tax to play if you are not already out here for something else. While I usually prefer free courses, I think it is worth it.
@doub1ea
Excellent course! If you play short tees, there’s no markings, signs, or pads - have to go off UDisc locations.
@prix560
Fun course with a good mixture of open throws and wooded throws. Very little if any water puddles, seems to drain very well. Seems to be shorter and more beginner friendly than Eagles Landing. Will definitely play again when camping at Little Black Creek.
@biggdaddyman
Love it but you better hit those lines or pay the price. Lol
@jessray
Great course. Good upkeep!
@briangibson
Good course
