Just a full time lawn mower away from being a elite course. Hole 15 is a bad design that could easily be fixed. You should never have to walk up a hill turn directly around and throw right where you came from.

I would give this course a 4 if not for 1/3 of the holes (1,2, 15-18) being pretty samey--sprawling, in a field, on a hill, in the sun. Holes 3-11 are the shining stars of this course. I played the blue tees. I like the idea of the reds for beginners, etc., but you have to walk the same distance most holes, and get no pad to throw from. It would also be very helpful if the signage indicated which of the basket positions you're throwing to. Not a huge problem, but a bolt on the sign would do the trick.
