"Tee pads are small and rubber. They lay how the ground is and not very flat. Course is open. One hole over water to watch for. A few low ceiling shots"

"Missing some tees and markers. Would be unplayable without UDisc. Bring water and wear good walking shoes. The creek on hole 7 could use a closer crossing point. Overall great maintenance minus what I mentioned above."
