Far Hill DGC

Couldn't pay me to ever come back. For a course with a 4.2 rating I expected more. I have been to alot of 3 stars or less this year and they were way better. This course all shots were the same straight and then a left hook... a couple had a right hook. If you knick a branch hope you have pants on bc you are going threw some thick crap to find it. This course was made for you to fail and not be able to test your skill level.

They should rename this place depression hill. If I had to choose between playing here again or jacking off with poison ivy lube I'll take the latter for at least I'd enjoy some of it.

Tight fairways good variety lost a disk 4/5

be prepared to search for discs your first go around. not super hard to find, but experience is the main thing that keeps your discs in the fairway here. iffy hole maps but good directions from hole to hole

Kill the the highly invasive autumn olive and you have a course. Also brooms for tees, and a bathroom of some sort. The Challenge is fun in the fall, and brutal in 90 degree summer days.

Variety of length and elevation, brutal if you're off the fairway. Nice tee pads. Only downfall is line availability. Nearly half the course involves 'spraying and praying' into a wall of trees. Cut open a few of the lines so good shots don't get punished so severely.

Clear some trees so scoring can happen.

Lines are really tight, and bring a spotter

A good course definitely worth coming out but it would be helpful to widen and trim the first 13 holes more, there are some holes with too narrow of a fairway and really thick undercover.

Difficult course at times but if you hit your lines you’re good. The tees are confusing where it is due to so many changes. So not really sure where stuff is most times. Overall good mix.

Beautiful course, super technical and fun to work on more than just chucking straight. I think having some sort of bathroom or water fill station would be helpful. Also seating is almost nowhere to be found. That would be amazing.

Tight fairways with terrible rough immediately off the fairway. Maintained ok but hard to know where you’re going a lot of the time. Just not very fun to play.

Summer growth

Love the layout...very similar to Courtland. They need to take out the ruts...they are painted, but still can easily trip people.

Couple of holes needed to be skipped due to flooding

Challenging gaps and a lot of in between par 3/4 holes

Ridiculously tight lines, unforgiving rough that feels like you’re in a dense rainforest, poor marking to let you know which pin is in. Overall 5/10.
