This course is like that one uncle - silly and unpredictable. The course features a nice variety of fairway shots; when there is a fairway to be seen. If you’re not on the fairway, well… you have a 50% chance of finding your disc. This course also has an army of mosquitoes ready to plunder your precious blood. Would not recommend for beginners.
@jonathanfrye
Had to bail mid-round due to being the main course for 1,000,000 mosquitoes- half a bottle of DEET couldn’t fend off the hordes. The course seems fun, and the holes I played were great- I will be back in the fall/winter.
@cavargo12
This course has lots of potentials in terms of designs and the lines/types of shots. However, it is really lacking in maintenance specifically around the tee pad areas. Tee pads are shoddy. The way finding is pretty good, however signage for what the hole does is really poor, which is particularly frustrating on a highly wooded course. Would be much for fun the second time around
@ebaschnagel
Nice layout but no tee boxes and lots of missing signage. Several tee boxes are just a post in a pile of tree roots. Great course layout though.
@gaholthaus
It's a fun course for those trying to develop control with their throws. For those who dislike woods and tight lines this may not be your favorite. The upkeep is pretty good and the amenities are nice. The signage could use a little improvement but it functions. My biggest critique is the natural tee pads. Please upgrade to a concrete pad!
@raccoonlord
Tremble all who dare walk these tear soaked fairways. For yee resolve shall be tested like never before.
@joshred
Fun winding course through a diverse landscape from swamps to marshes. Lots of tree hazards so be prepared to play lost and found with your discs. Overall challenging, yet rewarding course!
@whodatboy
Really cool course with very tight short looks. It’s literally in a swamp so wear old shoes or some goretex. Bring bug spray. The skeeters are real bad. Lost a disc on 18 and decided not to try 19 & 20. They are very sketchy.
@russellad1
About 1/3 pf holes were unplayable due to flooding. Maybe thats normal but unexpected on my end.
@tyhowey7
Lots or roots to roll ankle on, risk to lose disc However fun course that’s better than I remember. Hole 10 might be one of my favorites in the area
@discchris
This is a great technical course that will test your short game and your up shot ability. This is one of my favorite courses to play for being in the woods and enjoying nature. Bart has revived this course and has never looked as good as it does now. So get out and play it
@jlflyer71
Read the reviews. Fun challenging course and didn’t loose any disc or encounter any snakes. Lol
@wrwtennis11
One of my favorite courses in the Charleston area! Play with a friend as it’s very easy to lose discs alone. Challenging but fair, and playing so much better than it did years ago!
@cgreer
Great course and is being upkept really well! Tight lines with some good shots. Great course to practice hitting lines!
@rscottdg
Very challenging but fun!
@jdhastieiii
Fantastic course! The many negative reviews must be from noobs accustomed to open field layouts. Very technical with high risk / reward layout. All pars threes means most are easy birdies IF you nail the narrow lines. Going to work on a map for it, as not all tees are intuitively situated from the last basket.
@tnilan
Course is technical. Play during the dry seasons. Great new bridges and walkways. Would love to see a warning for which of the holes are in danger of water swamp.
@reformedce
Much improved up keep. Birdies on the fairways, bogies in the bushes.
