Very much improved! Still not great. Tight wooded, short course. Very buggy, bring spray. Often, the gate is locked. Park by the gate and hike in.

New layout. Lavone updated in mid July 2025. Short but difficult. Can be punished for good throws by clipping a tree. Fairways are narrow and bending. I know they’re still scheduled to remove a lot of trees and finalize the layout so be patient. UDisc hasn’t been updated to reflect new layout as well. Overall, cool design. Hit your lines with your midrange discs.

Cold be a REALLY fun course. Shorter (250 and below) holes with some fun shot shaping….but the last 4/5 holes need some MAJOR UPKEEP. Weeds and overgrown branches ruin perfect shots. Has a ton of potential.

Adding maps to the tee holes would be nice

The only thing holding this course back is the tees! It is absolutely beautiful, it’s like playing through a forest in the Lord of the Rings.

Flying Dragon is a tightly wooded pitch and putt course. It has some unique features that make it a fun challenge. There are hanging baskets, multiple pin positions, and unpredictable ground play. The moss covered rocks through out are memorable. The tee pads could use some TLC. The signage is great, but hole 11 is outdated and 17’s tee pad is difficult to find. Surprisingly, my favorite thing about this course is the two practice baskets outside of the parking lot. They are probably 150ft apart and out in the wide open. It’s the perfect setup to practice or to teach someone how to play disc golf.

Cool layout and beautiful rocky fairways. Tee boxes could use some updating. Overall, it was a great experience and a lot of fun. Will play again in the future.

After having 2 underwhelming experiences here I tried to give it another chance. That won't happen as the course is closed all weekend.

It was a fun course to play once. They aren't kidding when they say ALL WOODS. I've probably played at 10 different courses at this point and this is the least likely to return course for me. I brought a couple beginners with me and they didn't have the best time. Watching me bury my disk in a big patch of Jesus thorns was the highlight of their trip.

3.5 bc it has potential… def some good holes and shot shapes but several filler holes. Tee pads are nice but def practice your run ups 🥸. Use App to Nav or maybe locals can redo the tape on baskets to orient next teepad direction. Not Cart friendly unless it’s got 4x4😎

Nice little course, needs some maintenance here and there as most courses do. Nice and shady so it wasn’t so hot

Heavily wooded course. Not very beginner friendly and definitely a challenge for moderate players. Disc Catcher baskets. Must park and walk to course from the gate about .25 miles when Jack Allen Complex is closed. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The local club is making slow but gradual improvements to make this course tournament ready by Spring 2025.

GREAT course! Beautiful, challenging but fair. NOT cart friendly. A must play if you in the area.
