I recommend someone take a look at the course layout. Concerns about sharing a fairway on seven and eight, and the playground and drive area intersecting whole nine fairway.

This is a private park - for use by the members of the Forest Farms Home Owners Association only.

This is good for early beginners, it is really small, no tee pads no signs except tee numbers on posts, easy to get around using Udisc. If I lived in the neighborhood I would still come and use the course. I didn’t see any signs restricting its use but is in a neighborhood park.

Fun little putter course. Lots of criss crossing so watch out for innocent bystanders.
