I played this course 4x while my church’s youth group was here at camp for a week 6/17/24 - 6/21/24. Course is wide open with the wind and the hole lengths being the biggest hindrances to scoring. Baskets were removable, but staked in place. All appeared to be brand new for this year. No signs of rust or corrosion or tipped over baskets as mentioned in previous reviews. Holes 5 and 6 were the most scenic teeing from the tops of forts with views of the ocean. Hole 10 as mapped on UDisc didn’t have a tee location marked or a basket when I tried to play it. Definitely would recommend taking your discs and playing if you are staying at Fort Caswell.

It’s not really a course. It’s just a couple of baskets at a conference/retreat center that’s not open to the public. Don’t waste your time driving out here unless you’re staying at the retreat center.

Fun course. Wind WILL be a factor. Salt air is rough on the chains so throw putts hard or expect kick out. 2 dune holes are challenging. Watch for snakes and spiders in dunes. You WILL get sand spurs. Watch where you lay your bag. Gorgeous views. Good signage. Thanks NC Baptists for course.

Chains need replaced. Maybe a couple baskets entirely. New signs would be great.

Wide open and easy to play for beginners although beginners won't make par due to the driver distances.
