Good conditions
Pros: Very well maintained course. The top of the line baskets are incredible. The park and course goes all the way around the lake and utilizes it on most holes. Big circle tee boxes allow for alternate routes to baskets. This course is featured on the DGPT and PDGA tours.
Cons: The park can be busy and you may have to share the area with bikers, walkers and people picnicking.

Great use of public space and lake. Variety of options on each hole.
Not awesome in summer but some shade available.
