@matt
Excellent course. I played here during the 2024 total eclipse because it was dead center on the path of totality and had good ratings. I had no idea how good of a course this would be! I've played all over the country and this is a great example of what a course should be. 3 sets of tees mean everyone from beginner to advanced will find their appropriate challenge. A couple signature holes, and great use of space. The only improvement that should be made is some signage to direct you to the next tee in a few places, especially if you're playing the long blue tees. A few of the blue tees are tucked back in the woods. Use UDisc to find your way and you'll be fine, they keep the layouts updated.

Course rules. Masterclass on course flow
@bcoulter58
Fantastic course! Need to come back and play the red/white combo. Very fun.
@titties
Great variety of shot shapes required. Par 3s and 4s. Tight wooded holes and open field bomber holes. Multiple tees on every hole. Some debris could be cleared from the fairways as well as grass needs to be cut but certainly not overgrown. Very fun course. Could also use a few more benches especially out on the long field holes
@jmarbs
This course is one of the best I’ve played and I’ve been to 32 states. 3 teepads per hole. Great shot shapes. Backhand. Forehand. Hyzer flips. Turnovers. Almost 1000 footers. 225ish holes. Park style. Woods. Tight. Open. OB. Water carries/hazards. PLAY THIS COURSE. I do have one complaint and it might have to do with how hot and humid and nasty it has been but the fairways seem to be kept longer than you would expect. Less hayfield and more ball golf length. Not horrible just a bit longer than expected and mowed leftover grass is pretty long and left on course. PLAY THIS COURSE you will love it.
@wallae
This is the Blue Ribbon Pines of the southwestern Midwest. Outstanding course.
@lymbic
Wooded and mostly shaded. Like the option of having multiple tee pads for shorter or longer rounds or shot variety. You can tell the owner put thought and care into this course. It’s well maintained and the signage was good.
@stevek365
Like the tee options. White was pretty short, would do red/white if this was my home course. Great place. Pond on 16 is murky, hard to retrieve anything from it.
@cujo93830
Excellent course. 2 sets of pads that really make for 2 different courses. Feels like a pay to play course. What a gem and accomplishment for the folks who made this happen. Worth the 2hr drive from Stl. There's even room to expand and update in the future, especially on the back nine where the course loses some steam
@pr0fe550r
Fun design!
@johnhess
Wonderful mix of wooded and open holes, covers most shot shapes and distances too. Only thing I would ask for is some more danger to the open holes on the back 9, maybe some OB lines/tall grass to make you play placement shots instead of just bombing it out there
@msheddan
Really likes this course. 3 tee pads makes challenge for any level player. Nice woods holes and some more open shots. Definitely worth coming to play
@limpwristit
This is course number 183 for me on UDisc and without a doubt, this is one of my favorite. Very well-maintained, great tea, pads, easy to follow, great scenery, good mix of baskets. If I’m ever riding through the area again, I would definitely stop.
@carsontwillis
Pretty awesome course, really good variety of shot shapes and distances. Mostly wooded but with fair fairways, exactly what I was looking for. Multiple tee pads on every hole, with good signage, and visible OB markings where present. Only real knock is that there isn't restrooms right at the course, but I'm guessing there are some available at the golf course clubhouse on the next property to the east, and supposedly some discs there as well... I'm impressed, glad I drove slightly out of the way to play here, and I surely play again next time I'm coming through.
@isuaggie
Lots of trees make for a challenge. Choosing appropriate tees for skill level essential. A few open holes and nice scenery as you play the course. The artwork circles are an interesting touch. Well worth a play.
@phillymo
Such a beautiful course, well designed and taken care of! Only notes I could leave is maybe a couple of retaining walls behind teepads of par 4’s where a player is trying to get a good rip. A small retaining wall and a little bit of mulch for a more level step onto the pad from behind it. Truly a spectacular course!
@anthonypasek
Solid course but perhaps a bit overrated.
@parbuster54
Very good course. Fun, challenging, and nice added touches throughout the course. Best tee pads in the area. Must play if in the area.
