About the course

18 holes course in Fulwood Park. The first seven holes track "Lover's Lane", a set of double hedges that are 100 years old. Cross sections have been cut out on holes 4 and 5 that open up a direct view to the baskets from the middle of the fairway. Hole 5 has a mandatory flight path on a •90 dogleg left, so you will aim towards number 7 basket (which is visible from the tee pad). Hole 12 is a pr 4 with mando left of the leaning tree before the 2nd service road and left of 11 basket.

I enjoyed the course and the park but the flies/gnats were borderline unbearable, even with bug repellant. Not sure if it's always like this or if we came at the wrong time of year.

Honestly feel like this course is underrated. Very unique feature with the flowered hedges. Creek in play on some holes. Fair lines on every shot. Great variety of holes and multiple lines to choose from. Teepads are a little short but not enough to matter. Baskets are excellent, and many on elevated platforms.
