No tee pads but nice baskets. Hole 1,2, and 9 are very close to the property line. Hole 9 also sees cars parked in the circle.

A bit confused without the app. Cars park right in front of the basket on 9 so that’s fun.

Tee boxes for 5 and 7 could be improved, running up hill grass to flat cement is rough
