Nestled in the mountains outside Missoula lies the Gilman Gauntlet. A tournament grade course designed to challenge players of every skill level. This is woods disc golf at its best. The fairways are thoughtfully shaped and the greens are appointed with the best baskets in the game. The Gauntlet provides disc golfers the opportunity to compete at the highest level in a setting that is sure to become a highlight in Western Montana disc golf for years to come. You'll want to tell people you were there when it all started at the Gauntlet!

This course has better amenities than almost any mountain course I’ve played. So much time, energy and finances have gone into this course. The course owner and volunteer team killed it with Gilman! The outhouses are well positioned and there are plenty of beautiful pavilions and benches to take a break or have lunch between rounds. Outside of the amenities, the two layouts are second to none. Want a leisurely round that’s scorable or beginner friendly? Play the Whites. Want a round that will force you to throw unique and challenging shots with incredible vistas? Play the Blues. I’m incredible grateful that this course is in my backyard.
