Nice course, played the white tees twice. Beautiful views on a few of the holes. Careful with your drive on hole 7, water is like 20' past the basket. Bathrooms were open and clean. Only smelled the water treatment plant on the last 2 holes and it wasn't bad at all.

Well maintained and beautiul! Adequate variety and challenge. Blues are notably tougher than whites often. Saw a yard-long black rat snake among the pines.

Lots of dramatic shots, the moss and the water look epic especially during sunset. Many blind tee shots make it difficult when playing for the first time.

Beautiful course, especially the front 9, which is more along the river. Back 9 has a lot of tough woods shots before a pair of open holes to finish the round. Very well kept, great location, challenging course, does not get much better than this.

Immaculately clean course with tight dormant grass. Great mix of lines through trees and elevation changes alongside water.

Really awesome park environment with a nice view of the river. Also pretty good terrain variation for an eastern NC course, which really comes into play on several shots. My only gripe is it can be a busy mixed use park, cars and people can sometimes be near or in the fairways and one hole throws directly towards a dog park, so be careful of park goers.

Course is generally a good time. A few of the holes are close to water, but not really in danger of losing any discs. The park atmosphere is fun and doesn’t leave you feeling like you’re wandering in the wilderness. Holes are an interesting mix and technical and open. As I was telling a friend as we were playing the course, the layout is technical enough not to be boring, but open enough to be friendly toward beginner players. A good challenge, and a good time. Next time I’ll visit again!

High quality course! Good use of elevation and technical lines. Beware of the drainage ditch to the right of hole 17...almost lost my disc.
