Like others have noted: this is a bomber course on a ball golf course. It’s wide open and mostly forgiving and fair, with nice views and lovely trees and scenery. I rated it 3 stars mainly for these reasons, all of which could be addressed with a little care. My primary issue is the lack of any signage or signaling to the basket or next hole. It also pretty much follows the ball course layout so there’s numerous conflict points. Also, some of the baskets are showing their age and the tee pads (especially towards the far south portions) could use some maintenance. Is it worth playing while in SF? Absolutely. Just ensure you have plenty of time and bring your flippy bomber discs.

Awesome views. Hole 6 can not be completed and hole 7 tee is unavailable due to construction hazard area. Overall great experience though.
@geigerhyzer
An excellent complement to SF’s other course in Golden Gate Park. Ripping full distance drives hole after hole is super fun. All the ball golfers I interacted with were very kind and courteous.
@andrewmriggs
It's a rarely used disc golf course on a pretty wide open golf course. Giant trees, good elevation changes, and the opportunity for some high winds. Tee areas have been cleaned up but the areas off of the fairway are fairly grown in. Keep it in play, be ready to throw 350'+ on most shots, and don't talk to the coyotes. They will take your frisbees.
@bigbirdy
For 32 dollars on the weekend, I expect the roughs to not be massive mulch piles dropped on blackberry thicket over growth. The beautiful views start to lose their appeal as you fight strong crosswinds and headwinds.
@chasethis
Bomber course with plenty of par 4s. Gets windy. Seems to be maintained now. Can’t beat the views.

I would not recommend in its current state. Too many greens completely overgrown led to lost discs in our group. Baskets broken or severely leaning. Tees are rippled or torn or covered in a layer of sand making them unsafe and slick.

Got a cart. But was told by a person working here they don’t usually let dg players have a cart? Not sure how accurate this is but 🤷🏻♂️ decent course. Kinda run down on the DG side of things. Parking lot seemed sketch.
@nickferchau
Tee signs are not very helpful and you need Udisc to find your way to the next tee pad. Course design is great! Lots of elevation up and down. Beautiful views when the weather is nice.
@rliu721
Not very well upkept, but champion style course with big distance needed
@gkulaga
Worth the cost to play. Good place to work on long drives, but I played a single disc mid range round & still had fun.
@jbraids
Great course, great design. No upkeep of tee pads or paths between tees. Poor signage. Golfers try to pretend you don't exist, hit on you.
@lukehammer
Tee areas need a little cleanup. Better tee signs would be awesome. There are 4 baskets that need maintenance for chains fallen or crooked tops.
@mnmarquess
Different challenge compared to other Bay Area courses. Very long holes with tons of elevation change and brutal wind in the afternoon. Lots of long walks between holes, I wish they just added more holes.
@baileybrown15
Needs to get back on the pro tour.
@latviansuperman
Hard to find tees, a lot of switchbacks and a hearty hike. Golf grass is cut but not all the disc fairways
@dylanlopez
It’s a very solid course. Fun to rip it, yet technical. Bird to boge is possible with the wind
@juan87
Expensive, long holes and long hike. Played better for less and with a cart. Wish this was public park. Missed opportunity by the people who run it.
