Hard to enjoy this course. It’s an unconventional layout with a lot of variety, but after 6-7 rounds over the past 2 years, it feels as though little has been done to make this more playable. 20-25 foot wide fairways for half the course. Probably the hardest & most technical shot for shot course in Nashville. 1/3rd of the the course is genuinely great, the other 2/3rds can quickly unravel & ruin the experience. Hope you can throw everything on a rope lol. Would recommend it for those trying to check off courses in Nashville, but beyond that — bring a spotter and prepare yourself for some frustration.

@jkeller7
Needs some more play and TLC. Playing it in winter was even thick rough, so can’t begin to imagine in summer. Has a lot of potential to be a phenomenal track. Not as bad as most say. Definitely worth a try!

@bsilver4000
Very fun course! Just be patient. Follow Udisc and the basket arrows and it’s not nearly as hard to navigate as people say it is.

@overthrow
“Course” but seriously this needs a lot of work to be considered playable or consistent. The pathways to some holes are actually dangerous and the lines are someone with a grenade shot in their toolbelt could only love.

@trpouchot
Challenging course with unforgiving rough, hairpin dog legs, claustrophobic fairways, in a decent amount of up-and-down. It’s a tough course for any skill player. Good signs, interesting terrain, a couple of cool views, and even a basket on the side of i40. I think with a little cleanup work, and clearing out some underbrush, it could be a really great course. Bring a friend, you’ll probably want a spotter.
@harrmydunn30
Would stay away. Nice views but not good signage. The only signage you have is on holes with arrows to the next hole. A few of the tee pads are right next to each other so you have to guess. Also a few holes don’t have a good path to get to the next tee pad so you have walk across the previous holes path.

@bigched
This course is a hidden gem! This course is highly technical and does a great job of punishing bad shots while protecting par. The wooded and karst landscape provides a good variety of shots to be enjoyed by the most masochistic of golfers!
@derrickjohnson
This course is like if someone tried to make Northwood Black as small as possible.

@treedit615
Update Aug 2025 It's definitely playable now and all the tee pads are in. Upkeep is decent, but stay in the fairway or it gets THICK rough quickly. It is NOT a beginner course and NOT cart friendly so plan accordingly. You must be agile and sure-footed enough to get up/down 2 rock pile situations. TIGHT and very technical. Great property with good bones that will become a very nice course when beat in more. Be sure to wear bug/tick spray. I didn't have any with me and came home with a LOT of seed ticks. I'll be back there with the deep woods OFF lol. -------‐---‐---------------------------- 2023, This course is not ready for play., period. I have played it several times and it is very dangerous and not fun to play. I would be willing to help clear trees and do pads, but it seems that the course mgt folks are set in their ways and just think people should play better. The baskets on the rocks with no safe way to or from the basket is a ticking time bomb until someone has a serious injury. We're lucky to have the property avaliable to use a course... but this is not a course as it is

@calebahobgood
Great job on the tee pads! In my opinion: Holes 1-3, 6, 8-10, 13, 18 - good/great Holes 4-5, 11, 14 - fine/small tweaks Holes 7, 12, 15-17 - needs a redesign

@glorenz
Very fun technical course. Narrow fairways, tough holes. Tee pads and signage horrible. UDISC is the best way to find your way around. Birdies are tough to get, stay in the fairway. Definitely will play it again. Definitely will help your scramble game.

@rabbrrt
The property is very cool especially the sink hole with the house in it near 17/18. I’m fine with tight fairways but the areas around the green def need cleaning up to reward good shots and some basket locations need to be improved.

@jamies151
Extremely difficult. Severely punishing if you miss the fairway. You know that hole on your local course with that really narrow and tight gap that is hard to hit? That's like every hole here. Hit the fairway? Great! But did you land in the correct spot because the next shot requires a 90 degree turn that you won't make unless you landed in that specific spot. Many holes par is best outcome. I consider myself to be very good at disc golf and I shot 2 over and thought I played it pretty well. If you want a challenging and heavily wooded short course, try it.

@soundwave11
This course is technical, but the overgrowth of the course was insane. I think the purpose was to use the overgrowth as a way to shape the individual hole. Renting a bush hog for two days, would immensely improve this course. Signage, tee pads, at almost zero. Mens use your u disc. The course fairways did have a 4/5 inch cut so some dy is cutting that. Baskets where great. May try it again but with a pair of boots for sure..

@jstuteville
Course is challenging, rough will make you bleed and keep your disc, first time through you will need to use the udisc map, lots of ticks right now. Would recommend!

@kaiskais
This courts needs maintenance like I need Jesus. Play at your own risk. The owner needs to partner with local organizations like MCDG and others. To clean it up and fundraiser to keep it maintained. Install real tree pads. The standard in middle Tennessee is just too high, and this course comes up painfully short as many locals consider it unplayable. Too bad, too. I liked the shot variety and challenge overall but after trading 2 discs for 5 ticks, I won’t be back

@mistirling
Still in need of some clearing out, some treacherous/non-existent boxes, thorns galore. Frustrating, but ultimately rewarding.
