@buzzzmichel
The middle holes are more wooded and interesting IMO and in general there are fun elevation changes…but this place is really wet and the tall grass is lost disc hell.
@quaidg
The course is not maintained very well. The rough is so unbelievably thick that one bad shot likely means your disc is gone forever unless you want to wade in thigh high still water and thorns. So many bugs. The fairways had not been mowed in what seemed like over a month. The course has a lot of potential I think but really needs to be more maintained. definitely have the immediate rough off the fairway be cleared somewhat.
@brianphillips
Maintenance needed, mowing for starters, better / new tee signs that are readable . Fix the tee pads blocks are not level. Try trimming some trees, and MOW THE FAIRWAYS!!!!!!! Not worth pay 5.oo I'm sorry
@nsp31a
The course is really great in theory and is amazing from holes 1-8 and 14-18. The middle 6 need some work but is worth the visit.
@orlanis
This course has a lot of potential. It needs better upkeep. Fairways are way to overgrown with tall grass and weeds. I’m not a fan of the blind massive dog leg left on 15.
@kroywhizzle
Some signage would be appreciated but other than that it was a nice course. A little wet in spots but a lot of different shot types.
@reilly
The rough is incredibly thick and marshy making it incredibly tough to find discs, and some of the fairways are a bit overgrown. Many tee signs are too water damaged to read and unfortunately there’s a lot of trash overflowing the trash cans right now. This course has a lot of potential and you can tell a lot of work has been put into it but you will spend a lot of time looking for discs.
@mkertland
Only the second course I've played while visiting Maine but I preferred it over pleasant hill. It is less well maintained but it is a more creative course design; holes 13 and 14 in particular were such fun shot shapes. I didn't find this course to be particularlly challenging either, but probably also a bit more difficult than pleasant hill. Unfortunately the signage here is terrible, so plan to use udisc for navigation and basket location. Big disclaimer that I played this in below freezing temps in the late fall. There was a bunch of standing water that was frozen solid which would be incredibly annoying in warmer temps. Also, there was very low foliage and the tall grass was mostly dead. So I can definitely see this course being less fun in warmer, rainier months.
@charliecaldwell
What a gem! Great variety of shots from open to tight. Beautiful place
@elijah10
Solid track! Front 9 is short and quirky, back 9 is longer and more demanding. Really good design forcing some specific and unique shot shapes. Well maintained, nice tees & baskets.
@emmaleecox
The rough is r o u g h. Nice shot variety just needs some tlc. They have trash cans at many holes which is nice but they were all overflowing. they do have benches or a place to sit at almost every hole which is nice!
@jfm1391
Signage is a little rough, course is a bit rough as well. Very fun course though
@joebals92
It’s a work in progress but it’s fun and they allow dogs! I recommend playing the course a few times to get a lay of the land and you will enjoy the course much more.
@stvnrsnlt
Haven't here for about a year and wow. So much improvement. Huge kudos to the grounds people. Tee pads are amazing. Super nice baskets. Greens are clean. Looooooooooots of brush cleaned up since last time. The rough is much less rough. Love it. Will be back a lot this summer.
@ianmurray
Could be a great Southern Maine disc golf destination, just needs a good round of upkeep.
@jcourtois93
First few holes in the field have signage. Once you are in the woods there’s hardly any signs for the rest of the course.
