About the course

This is a city park course designed to be easy to learn the sport of disc golf, but with a few challenges to keep it fun for all to practice and challenge themselves. The course can stay wet for a while after rains and is pretty soggy in late winter and early spring so don't wear your best shoes! The city maintains the park and we have a group of volunteers that keep a check on the disc golf area. Let us know if you would like to be a part of the improvements. Club is on Facebook as DeKalb Disc Golf.

Not recommended for individuals with limited mobility

The park has a great paved path that is wheelchair accessible. The disc golf course does not have a lot of elevation changes, but the ground can stay a little soft in areas making it hard to maneuver if mobility is an issue. Hole number 6 is close to the walking path and pretty level making it a nice practice putting green or an accessible hole for those not able to travel the entire course.
