Fun shots, poor teeing areas, very wet and muddy. I had fun playing this course. With the size of the property, this course could have been huge. However, they decided to make it more beginner friendly with short par 3s, which is a valid decision. The tee pads are overly textured, with too-chunky concrete. They are also very skinny and not level with the ground. My phone died mid round, so I had to rely on the signage and it wasn’t very easy to see where I was supposed to throw. My biggest issue was with the drainage. Nearly every hole had standing water and mud. It’s been slightly wet recently, but should have drained by now. Overall, fun course that let me really throw, but is hampered by the limited design and poor drainage.
