This course is a work in progress, which earns it a bit of grace. The first 9 plus 17 and 18 are short parks style holes and relatively straightforward. Holes 10-16 play on a steep slope down to a ravine, then back up it, with 13 and 14 actually playing down the rock bottom dry river bed. The woods sections are very raw, lacking fully developed fairways, paths, and signs. You can see the attraction of the river bed, but I worry about how slick the rock can be, especially with no cell service down there. Given that the course is a family friendly length and that there are nice bags of starter discs available to borrow at the gift shop (open F-M), I am nervous about sending families down in there. Probably need an alternative card that doesn't include the ravine. For those of you here for the dg, appreciate a new course in a dg desert. I did America a favor and lasered the holes since the Udisc card has no distances: 1. 250' 2. 270 3. 160 4. 155 5. 155, 6. 297 7. 213 8. 218 9. 270 10. 288 11. 143 12, 90 13. 180 14. 234 15. 155 16. 165 17. 190 18. 207 TOTAL: 3,640ft *note that these distances are as the crow flies not necessarily the line you will throw. Also, they do not account for elevation, which is considerable on some. For the experienced dger you really don't need anything longer than a fairway driver, max 8 discs, mostly throwing putters and mids. Take a small bag and you'll thank me for not toting your full 30 tourney bag down the slopes like I did. NOT cart friendly. As noted by other reviewers, the current pads are weirdly small, but grounds guy suggested longer ones may be coming. That said, most holes were stand still throws for me, so not a big deal. The design is pretty straightforward in the park, with some low ceilings but mostly straight lines. Some of the fairways are too close to other pads, however. In summary, hope the work continues; at the very least put real cards with distances I provided on Udisc.

Only course with views of Spruce Knob and open face cliffs. Holes 1-5 lack in comparison to the rest of the course as they felt short and intersected. A couple baskets on the back 9 were hanging on the dried up creek bed which was really cool/unique. No UDisc map yet but I had no problems with signage with a map from the gift shop. Tee pads are way too short. This course has tons of potential
