About the Course

A challenging course for any player. Tight wooded fairways that require accuracy. Located near the base of the Shawangunk Ridge in a town park, this course plays down to the Walkill River after 5 holes. The next 7 play alongside and back and forth from the river. You will be given the opportunity to really let a few fly in the last 3 holes that play in a large open field. You will also get a breathtaking view of the Shawangunk Ridge when you get to 17. New short layout added. Look for white 4x4 tee locations.

"Difficult yet very fun course. Lots of birdies to be earned and each one feels rewarding. Most lines are tight and/or technical. Decent shot varieties between left, right and flex shots. A number of blind uphill/downhill shots. Good place to have some fun challenging your game"

"First time playing. Woods holes are tight; def have to rely on some luck to hit tight lines for birdy looks. Fun shapes though! Some open holes at the end. Type of course that prob gets easier as you play. Remove just a couple more trees and I’d bump this rating up. Fun overall "

"Beautiful tight wooded course, lots of elevation, super muddy out there today with the warm weather. Not all pads are concrete but all are dry and throwable! "
