-Teepads are in bad condition, but many teeing areas are fairly flat, allowing for a decent run-up. -Hole design is okay, except hole 7 is on a fenced off hill, next to a parking lot, where it is difficult to retrieve discs from. -No hole signs, Udisc saves the day. -In September, overgrown fairways were not an issue.
