Overall pretty good. Loved the old large trees. Definitely need better water crossings for 13 and 18. For 13 I recommend putting 3-5 cinder blocks down so water runs through them so people can use them as stepping stones. From 17 to 18 need logs secured in place.
@smwitzki
UDisc is a bit off with where the tees are, but the course is beautiful and very well maintained!
@sunsoutgunsout
This is a decent Park style course. The first six holes are pretty open and boring. It gets a little more interesting as you go, especially once you get past 03 and have to play around the water for the rest of the holes. It would be a good course to play if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come to this one.
@rjestes
Fun course and well designed utilizing the mature trees. Good varying shot shapes required. Good signs, tee pads and baskets.
@schmittks
This is a hidden gem just outside the metro. Park style course with mature trees you have to go under or around. Hole 13 could use some sort of bridge or way to get over the water/mud to get to the other side. Other than that it is well maintained and fun to play.
@hatred
excellent park course, but whats up with hole 13? If you’re not confident in your standing long jump, think twice!
@noahfree
This is one of the most fun courses I’ve played, especially as far as park style courses go. All of the shot shapes make sense from a design perspective and I like how you can see almost every pin from that hole’s teepad.
@shigley
Nowhere to cross on hole 13 tee to green?? Otherwise amazing course, very fun! Just mowed and the course is looking great ✌️
@joeschenk
Course is kept up with nicely and clean. Need far drives with controlled accuracy to avoid trees. Downside is no benches or trashcans at teepads. Plus the signs aren’t marked on which pin location it is. Just a couple minor things keeping it from being a 5 star course.
@bunyar
This is a very nice course. Worth the ply if you’re in the area for sure
@pstegman
Could use a mow right now but good shot options and nice layout.
@v0S0l1TPIm
They did a great job designing and building this course! Definitely has more room for growth, but good to see a good amount of golfers out there!!
@toddpoehlmann
There are quite a few fallen trees needing g to be picked up and some of the tee pads are inclined unnecessarily, but overall it is a good course with some challenging distances and obstacles.
@bowenseiter
Very fun well designed course I love the direction around the park and the water shots…well done higginsville!!! Will be back
@tmattoon
Back nine is more interesting with the water coming into play. Tee signs make locating next tee much easier.
@modelldiscer
Great park style course. There are a few holes where the back and forth is daunting and there’s a lack of signage to point you toward the next hole. You need UDisc to follow. Otherwise it’s nice. Good pads and baskets. Good shot shapes. Chances to throw some bombs if you’ve got ‘em too.
@djpatch28
Every hole now has concrete tee pads and signage! Wonderful course that I'm glad I'm blessed to live so close to!
@krazykarl660
Great park style course with some water carry holes! Beautiful park
