About the course

High Plains is a fun, technical, New England style, 18 hole course that is fantastic for new players to learn and experienced players to fine tune their skills. Lots of elevation, casual streams, some OB. Located in the woods behind High Plains Community Center. From either park entrance, drive to the back to the picnic pavilion; course is directly behind the picnic area, through the woods about 100 feet. When you enter the woods, follow the path going immediately to the left, and walk down the hill to find the tee pad for hole 1.

Now a full 18. The new holes are inserted among and around the originals, which are still intact. The new holes add needed length and variety to the original layout. Now you have some open holes sprinkled in early and late. Signage was really poor when I played, but given the amount of work they do here, I expect that will improve. In the meantime, uDisc gets the job done. Detailed review at Discgolfcoursereview.com
