Fun to play . Played blind , easy to navigate. Disc easily spotted off fairways in woods for front nine, always made foward progress back out to fairway.

Excellent course with lots of great variety and shots from long to short and wooded to open. Be careful and confident of your arm on 17 or you'll end up losing a disc to the deep mud close to the hole like I did. But it was overall a great experience playing 18 with my son. Bring water as we couldn't find any drinking fountains nearby.

Awesome course! Great shot variety. Some holes are difficult for amateur players like myself, but the course is full of interesting shots and gorgeous views. Grass could be a little shorter, but this was a great place to play!

Many thanks to Woodberry Forest School, who in four hours dug in, formed up, and poured all 18 tee boxes at Hoover Ridge Park disc golf course. When the forms are removed and the tees re-carpeted, this course will be more awesome than it is.
Four bus loads of kids and adults killed it.
Oh, Woodberry paid for it all as well.

Probably not the best course for beginners due to the pond shots in the back half. The front half is wooded and really nice.

Some holes way too long and up hill for amateurs. Over 600’

Front 9 is fun thru the woods. Back 9 is in the open & Big throw after Big throw. Then when you're good and tired, here comes the pond... Still was enjoyable; will play it again.

Maintenance did a great job, keeping wide, open trails throughout the woods, making my first time playing here, an easy route to follow, and very enjoyable! I love the last three holes around the pond, as it makes you really think hard about which discs you love the most…

Love this course. Seems like signs recently went up. Easy to find every hole. The circuits through the woods and around the pond is top notch. Excellent variety in length and shot shapes. Highly recommend for intermediate and above players.

Tees are susceptible to getting piled up and muddy after rain but good overall.
Half of the course is technical woods while the second half is more field play, both halves pretty fun to try.

New tee pads are amazing as well as the shot variety. Some lines are getting pretty overgrown however, and really need some trimming. This is especially the case on the open holes of the back 8.
