@deckbuilder
A lot of baskets were on steep hillsides, which made it challenging. Holes 18-21 were in thick grass with piles of grass clippings everything. Not very nice to walk through
@bhamdev
My favorite course right now! Just an enjoyable place to play a good casual round
@waltymo
Managed to hit 2 aces in one round and still lose by a stroke lol.

TL;DR Loved it. Cant wait to return. Track played: Reds to current basket location. Winning at: pads. Course maintenance. Fun. Improvement: Mark current basket location on pad signs. Drop zone upgrades. This is a fantastic course, and actually blew my expectations out of the water. I heard poor remarks of the course from youtube, and didnt think much coming into it. But man, was this course beautiful, fun, and enjoyably challenging. The course is well maintained: grass cut, fairways clear, good baskets, and pads and benches clean for the most part. That’s remarkable considering it’s the summer and overgrowth is so common on courses I visit. If you have the arm, you could get by with just putters on the course, but for me I used putter and mid equally off the pad. Two holes are long enough for a driver, but on both a smarter placement play with mid or putter was the best option. For me. I was glad I went along with my brother who had played once before in the daylight. We played at a good pace, finishing in an hour and a half. We went around sunset, and it got dark towards holes 17-21. Luckily starting at 18 they’re all open. That’s such a blessing in disguise for disc golfers who must play after work most of the time. The pads are concrete fan-shaped slabs in raised beds for every link as far as I remember. I adored that. It made the whole track feel cohesive and valuable. The links have signs at every pad, and they’re designed and printed well. My one gripe was not knowing which location—A, B or C—had the basket today. I believe Udisc had it listed correctly, but having some kind of marker on the sign would have been a boon. (Ive seen drilled holes with bolts; magnets; flags off the right side) I know for holes 4 and 18 we had to use the drop zones. We were spoiled at the pads and in the circles, and I felt like the drop zones were missing that same pizzazz. Maybe flagstones or bricks to mark the areas without inhibiting mowers? If it had a bathroom, I didn’t see it. Overall I think this course is awesome, and I’m excited to return and try the long pads. I saw them at several holes, and it seemed like a nice addition.
@joshlenox
I played here a while ago and it is much improved. Nice pitch and putt. Very technical.
@samuelbush
Just played the score for the first time. The old reviews saying the keypads were not good or no longer the case. Everything done well and looks nice and new. As far as the course goes, other than the first four, which are fairly open and boring, the rest of the holes require accuracy and has a nice change of pace accuracy among short distances. If you’re looking for big arm holes, don’t come here. If you’re looking for a course, that is quite different than most every other course I’ve played, this is definitely worth the try.
@leroy05
Great course. The pin positions and distances have to match. Enjoyable round. Finess, technical, elevation.
@jdshell
Short but fun layout. Tee pads and baskets are nice. The space used to create extra holes could've been used to space fairways, tee pads, and baskets out a little more. Safety would be a big concern if multiple people or groups were playing at the same time. Some tee pads are inside circle 1 or very close to previous holes basket. Need a way to let players know what position the basket is in, especially if it is blind off the tee. Nice use of elevation and obstacles. Good experience overall!
@cerealman
A fun, mostly heavily wooded design with concrete teepads and new permanent signage. Excellent variety with plenty of short holes that reward accuracy over distance. Read my full review at www.dgcoursereview.com.
@dkfaulkner12
Originally gave it 3 stars. The place has upgraded a lot since I’ve been there last. New signage, fixed some tees, built bridges, benches, and cleaned up some small stumps in fairways. Someone is putting a lot of love into this place and it shows. Fun short technical course mostly in the woods. This place is on its way to being a 4.5 star course. Only recs from here would be brooms for the tee pads, next tee signage, and cut a few trees from some less than fair fairways. Overall great course.
@brandosolo
The church has done a fantastic job of improving this course, especially getting it ready for the Magic City Mega Bowl 2024. While the front 5 -7 and 15-18 holes are great, the 8- 14 are heavily wooded with tough lines... you will have to earn your pars. I enjoy the course and it's definitely worth playing anytime you're close by.
@zambrusso
Course has improved a ton! Has a little bit of everything. The trees can be brutal! Overall I really enjoy it.
@acuraboom
Challenging course. Cool shot variety. They keep doing work on it and it gets better every time I come.
@strawbeardi
This course has grown on me a lot. A full star in less than 6 months. Well maintained and they keep adding to it.
@aaronwb
After waiting a year to play it again, the same stuff I didn’t like a year ago remain. The attempt at tee box improvements just simply need to be gutted and redone, some of the shots need trees to be cut down to actually create a shot line for the hole, and numerous other question marks remain about the course. The only saving grace is it is mostly woods golf, which is my preferred style of golf.
@strevdisc
Course is set in the and around the church and woods. It is fun and challenging.
@creblin
Fun course to play.
@ethanigreene
Great feel. A lot of roots to clear out but great overall experience.
@elikirk
Three stars as of now. Brand new, still work to be had so expect unlevel/small teepads and small stump/holes in the fairway that are slight hazards. A few holes need to down a tree or two to create a fair fairway line. They're short holes, but a 4-6ft gap seems punishing. Great potential, excited to see how it develops.
@randolph81
Keep in mind this is a new course with lots of potential. It’s still in the first stage of development. Really like the wooded holes needs some line clean up. Definitely will play again.
