This is a great beginner course in a nice park. Can be lots of traffic on the weekends and afternoons. Perfect for working on the short game.

Giving a low eating to try and get this below 4 stars. This is more like mini golf and shouldn't be suggested to people looking for serious courses

@marshallarts
Solid little course in a prettier than average park . Easy to see why it's popular. Ace runs and birdie opportunities on pretty much every hole.

@strebs
Short park style course, clean and has some water to make it interesting. Great use of space but nothing over 250'.

@fausch
Course itself is fine, and a pretty fun, well manicured putter style course with an ace run on every hole. Biggest problem is the 7 card back up on every single hole. Our round here took the same amount of time as our at beaver ranch.

@alexhallumsdisc
Classic par 3 course located here in Arvada. All shots under 300ft. Lots of ace runs. Slightly technical with OB all over and lots of mature trees throughout the course. One of the busiest courses in Colorado. Host of many great leagues (specifically Tuesday night & Friday night singles). Always a fun round at Johnny.

@benpalm
What a FUN course! Challenges the higher level players to get a bunch of birdies while giving newer players their first chance to shoot under par! The one thing that needs improvement is signage and way finding - the tee signs don’t illustrate the area well, and there aren’t arrows or directions to the next basket. Most of it is pretty easy to navigate, but I did need to ask for help a couple times. Overall, a GREAT use of the area!

Awesome course! Very fun short holes but it is extremely busy be prepared for back ups galore.

@inhughmane
Nicely kept park with a bubbling creek. Mostly short holes. Fun park style golf. Bring a putter and a mid - nothing else.

@easystreetben
Really nice, really busy beginner/putter course. Be prepared to wait most days but the course is well maintained and fun when looking to strengthen your short game or teach someone new to the sport.

@mdonlin13
Incredibly busy very fun par 3 course. Glow nights are Tuesday Wednesday and Friday. They can be found on the mile high disc golf page on fb.

@spoely
This course can get congested, but it's a phenomenal well-laid-out putt-and-approach course. There are newer Mach baskets and cement tee-pads on every hole with an A and B basket position that alternates frequently.

@drfrisb
One of the park style gems located just outside downtown. One of the busiest courses due to the technical short shots required. Just a really fun shorter course that is a must play when in Denver.

For a full course preview you can watch me shoot a -15 here on youtube at akt1on disc golf. Great putter and upshot practice course. Max distance is maybe 300' on 1 or 2 holes. Lots of aces get hit here making great memories. You could play this course empty in 45 minutes easy. It makes great use of the creek running through to force lots of shot shaping. Biggest con is how busy it gets at times, its not unheard of to take 2 hours to play here in summer or on weekends. 5 is blind throwing over bushes and a creek and seems to be the biggest backup hole, it could use an am tee and im not joking. Heavy foot traffic and use has destroyed much of the grass and trees and tbh it could use a redesign/revitalization effort to the land planting trees and growing grass anticipating the need fir redesign in the future.
