Beautiful course. Mostly technical wooded holes. Struggle to keep an eye on the disc flight. Elevation gains and extremely tight lines. Recommended!
@williamoliver
Tough course with hard, tight lines. I liked the turf pads. I wish the walk between holes was shorter.
@cblack
I love how wooded and hilly the course is! It makes for a great challenge, great views, and a great time.
@plucas
Very difficult. Much more poke and pray than strategically challenging gaps and not really a good line on most holes, but to each their own. Still had a good time and may come back, but only when I’m ready for my good shots to hit trees again. Well maintained and worth trying at least once.
@discjockey02
One of the best wooded courses in ohio. Tons of elevation. Pins were in long when I played, and I LOVED it. You feel rewarded when you get a birdie. A bad shot will be penalized. The variety of par 3’s, 4’s and two par 5’s, really makes you play golf. Extremely underrated, a must play course.
@starshreck
Great design. Technical but possible
@markfed7
A hilly park that has a disc golf course squeezed in. Fun well designed front 9 leads to a sometimes unsafe, sometimes unfun back 9 where misfires off the tee lead only to treacherous to navigate ravines and rollaways. While the tees must have been great when first installed, many are now sloped or mud has embedded into the turf due to runoff. Short pins are constantly in the flight path for long pin placements on the wooded holes. Par switches a lot depending on which pin is in use. This makes for a confusing round without udisc as there are no indicators on the tee signs for which pin is active. Overall a okay course to stop by and practice your wooded lines, but if you are not throwing cleanly you will have a bad time. It feels like the park limited the green space the course could use, particularly for the back 9 as hole 18 ends so far from the parking lot and the large open spaces go mostly unused.
@fortytilfive
One of the most technical courses in the Cincinnati area, the local park service and disc golf community really make this one special!
@snazzypajamas
Definitely a challenge. One of the toughest courses I've played. Out of roughly 40 in the area.
@barrettbowen
Mostly wooded course with tight fairways and technical shots. Lots of elevation changes as with most courses around Cincinnati. Good variety of shots required and hitting gaps is essential. In my opinion, the longer basket locations are a 5-star course and the shorter basket locations are a 4-star course as the shots can get a little bit repetitive. Only one basket is in on each hole at a time so 4.5 stars. Restrooms are portajohns - usually clean.
@prock614
Beautiful park and is well kept. Have only been twice. I could see it being muddy if it has rained recently but you are out in the woods after rain in that situation so nothing you should not expect. Grounds guys were out laying down tons of mulch to help out. This is a very technical wooded course outside of the first couple holes. Super fun and challenging without needing to have huge distance, just control and both backhand and forehand shots.
@johnbogey
Great, great course. Still a five star review for me but almost every time I’ve played I’ve slipped on teepad 11. Not sure why that one but no other teepad on the course.
@mattyslim
I love this course. The upkeep is the best in the city. Every time I come out the course is in better shape than the previous time.
@wesleythornton
Drying out nicely. Very tightly wooded.
@mattmarkham
The front 9 was already outstanding. It was the best 9 hole course in the area, bar none. The back 9 is pretty fun as well. A very different style of play from the front 9. Be cautious on the back 9 right now as the wintry conditions have made it very muddy to the point of making it unplayable. It’ll get better with time. However, that doesn’t take away from the enjoyment of the longer more challenging layout. Get ready to hike!
@tinytancer
Beautiful course, back 9 is solid but punishing. Extremely frustrating if you can't throw dead straight. You WILL fall down if it's even a little wet
