Featuring excellent tee pads and older Prodigy baskets, Kaposia is a largely approachable length wooded course with longer holes mixed in. Fairways are tight but fair and picturesque. In the fall, leaves can carpet much of the course making finding discs challenging. While signage is excellent, modifications to the course over the years has resulted in parts of the layout being challenging to follow. Be prepared for elevation changes if you play the gorge holes. Day and season passes can be purchased at the pro shop. There are multiple practice baskets (including some from past tournaments) and a throwing net. The history of the course alone makes this a must play course.

After hole 18 the paths to the next holes gets really confusing.

The perfect course. Mix of park/wooded holes that offer a challenge. Awesome variety of terrain. Course staff are also super nice!

In addition to an amazing course with impeccable dedicated maintenance, today I played through 8 groups of the most gracious folks I've met out playing. Thanks Minnesota 🇺🇲

Good upkeep, a good challenge once you get the first few holes out of the way. That opening section is really crowded with 1-4 and 27 all playing in the same area within view and a bad shot of each other. Good course signage and appreciate seeing volunteers out cleaning up trees during the round. Wouldn’t recommend playing the gorge unless you really want to go for a hike. The hole quality and upkeep diminishes once you head down the stairs.

19-25 are a little wonky but the rest of the course is great. Good variety of shots.

Often walk across fairways of other holes to get to the hole you’re going to, unsafe.

Lots of straight holes so I end up tossing a lot of straight putters and midranges, but overall it is a very fun course.

If you pick the correct line, you can be rewarded. If you are off, it will be trouble.

The golds layout definitely feels like a nice upgrade; except for the gorge holes which still suck. Course flow is a bit wonky with lots of long walks between holes. A bit underwhelming for a pay to play course, but fun overall.

Course layout is tough and not kept up. Some unrealistic par 3 holes on the back side. For a pay course you should be able to expect more.

Definitely needs some trimming, lots of broken trees and branches that are messing up some very fun fairways. But always a great time out there.
