Long grass with thorns in places. Alot of ground squirrel holes. Some Tee pads are overgrown with grass.

Water the grass and mow it. You could also add mini golf here to increase the profits

Unkept but def playable 9 holes. Easy par 3s. Good spot for younger players or anyone not wanting to go insane on base. Sunscreen and music recommended.

Pros: good tee boxes, free, never crowded, on base so no bums or litter. Cons: gopher holes large enough for a disc to go down, everything is dead, super dusty, basket for hole 7 looks like someone hit it with a car and bent it back.

Grass is all dead fun beginner course overall

Open course, great for practice and new players.

I'd have to agree with ruggs1993. Lots and lots of holes. If you're playing night golf watch where you're walking. Baskets and tee pads are fine. Tons of open space for long shots, not to many trees in the way of flight path options.

Lots of gopher holes, not much grass, noticeably neglected. Nice baskets, tee pads, and course map signs. The layout, lighting, and seclusion make for a good night golf option, just need your own basket/disc lights.

The neglect for the course is definitely noticeable, but the terrain isn’t in too rough of shape. The baskets are nice, and for a 9-hole course there’s a bit of diversity. Mostly left fading types of shots.
