About the course
The 18-hole course at Kickapoo State Recreation Area offers a challenging course in a scenic park. There are several wooded holes with elevation changes to start, followed by sweeping prairie holes to finish the front nine. The course continues with more woods, lakes, and elevation until opening up for the dramatic 600+ foot final hole where spectators can easily watch and cheer on. Camping is available in the park.

Great course with variety of wooded and open as well as short and long. It’s newer so some more tree clearing and upkeep could be beneficial. Water risk on a few holes but there’s short tee pads to avoid that. Overall a great course and well done by the city!
