Hole 11,12,13 are not maintained. It's a big park, course needs some TLC And tee signs and navigation to next pad would also help this place out greatly

Ok course design. Forehand flex or straight shot being the predominant lines. Tee pads are tiny concrete pads. The ground is mostly level around them so you can get a run up on to them, but I don’t think they would be Conrad approved. A few decently long par 3’s for a basic city park course (400+). Decent use of the space but nothing worth going out of your way at for.
