"Great start to a future high level course. Leaving out how rough it is due to how new the course is, the feedback I have is there are too many luck shots where you throw at a wall of trees hoping to get through, not a true line to hit. Some holes are either too easy and don't fit (hole 1, 17), while others a impossible to birdie (450 uphill through the wall of trees par 3). It's close to being that layout that could attract a dgpt level event out to the island. So happy to have another course!"

"Lots of open shots but enough trees to make it technical. Lots of ground work being done there as of August 2022. The course is great and has lots of potential. Tee pads are a heavy turf matting but surprisingly comfortable to launch from on a dry day. "

"New enough to see the construction required, this course will age into being one of the best on the Island. It’s hard to find lines for maximum driver throws on much of the course, and along with the challenges of making second shots count requires lots of focus and finesse to get ahead on this track. "

"Fantastic course of in so many ways. So ambitious and well executed. My only small complaint is on the front nine there are a few holes without a line. I get it, it’s hard to cut hardwood trees down but with some fairways there’s just no route which leaves the hole random to get through. Take that as you may. Overall, highly recommended. Thanks for your hard work!"

"Wow wow wow. Every single hole brings something new and beautiful. Incredible layout, design is something to admire. When this course is complete and has a year or two to mature it will be absolutely incredible. This is championship level design right here especially after gold tees go in. This is a must play stop for everyone playing in Atlantic Canada. Future Pro series event in the making right here. "

"I've played this course - both red and blue layouts - a handful of times and I love it. Very backhand heavy but attackable with a variety of lines on all holes. It was just cut out of the woods so it's a little rough and has piles of brush throughout but it's still entertaining to play and the promise of more is very much there. Hoping to see this course recovers from Fiona. It's a good one. "
