What’s the latest on this course being built??

Visiting from out of State and was hoping this course was in by now. The property looks amazing and has some great potential, hope it gets built, I know that getting through city, county, and state red tape can seriously slow down a project like this. Walking around, I saw some great future holes with elevation and a technical touch.
